I'd always thrived on the one-to-one relationships, the real-life problem solving, the satisfaction of making someone's day genuinely easier, and I knew I could do that better outside of a corporate environment. I love working directly with people in their homes and personal lives, where the work feels meaningful and the impact is immediate.
Being a mum to a young child also shaped that decision. Having the flexibility to choose my hours means I can be fully present for my family while still doing work I'm proud of, and I think that balance makes me a better PA. I'm not burned out or clock-watching. I'm genuinely invested in every client I work with.

I can research and book travel and holidays, source the perfect gift, manage property, support relocations, and coordinate home renovations and refurbishments from first conversation to final finish, liaising with contractors, tradespeople and suppliers on your behalf.
I also take care of the everyday things that quietly eat up your time: passport and visa applications, insurance, utilities, domestic administration and sourcing the best deals so you're never paying more than you should. If you need domestic staff, I can manage the recruitment process. If your home needs decluttering and reorganising, I'll handle that too.
